The Boys' Stats

I took this picture on Father's Day at Sakonnet Vineyards. We had such a fun time there and will definitely be back. Also, it's really hard to get a picture of the two of them looking at the camera!

The boys had their well-baby visits on Friday with the pediatrician. Hmm, I guess I can't call Jack's a well-baby visit anymore, but you know what I mean. This was Wyatt's 9 month check up and Jack's 3 and a half year check up. Jack's last check up was a year ago, so it was fun to see what a difference a year makes.

Here are the stats:

Jack - 35 lbs, 40 inches tall. I can't remember exactly but I think he's in the 50% for weight and 60% for height.

Wyatt - 19 lbs 4 oz, 28 inches tall. I think that Wyatt was also in the 50% for weight and 60% for height.  Also, at Jack's 9 month check up, he was 19 lbs 4 oz too!

The doctor said they are doing great and are healthy. Of course, those are two things that we'll never get tired of hearing. Wyatt will be back in three months for his one year visit. Wait...how is he already almost one year old???

31 months!

Jack went to the pediatrician for his 2 1/2 year check up on Tuesday....

Here are his stats:

 Weight: 30 1/2 lbs (50 %)

Height: 37 inches (80 %)

He had one shot and didn't even wince! He was only interested in his snoopy band-aid that the nurse gave him.  His doctor said that she sees no reason to have a visit when he turns three since he's already met the 3 year milestones that she likes to see! (We'll also be in the office quite a bit around that time anyway for all of the new baby visits, so we'll be able to ask any Jack related questions then if needed).

7 - Unrelated picture

Today was a day of waiting rooms and pharmacy stops...We found out that both Rob and I have sinus infections while Jack has a minor cold which explains why he is not miserable like Rob and me. Then, this afternoon Jack had his two year check up. Of course, he was fascinated by the Doctor's light that she used to check his ears out with. 

Here are his stats: 

Weight: 27 lbs 6 ounces (50%)  

Height: 36.5 inches (90%...we all know he's going to be tall!)

Shots and swings

Jack had his 18 month check up yesterday!  Here are the stats...

Weight: 24 pounds 8 ounces

Height: 32.5 inches

The Doctor said he's nice and healthy and commented on what great social skills he has!  (He was showing off his animal noises and said some words for her!) 

Jack wasn't really sure what to make of the whole experience though...these pictures about sum it up.

We headed to the playground after the appointment and Jack forgot all about the fact that he had just gotten a shot.
